The place looks like the pictures. It looks like the typical kind of place in Rome. It is not a new place but has all the conditions to have a great stay. The bed and the bathroom were comfortable. The window insulates the noise outside so you don't hear anything from the street. There is a big main door downstairs an elevator and then the entrance of the hotel. They gave you some codes and keys so you can handle yourself. It's in a main street so It takes you everywhere. It's close to the termini station but the neighborhood is perfect. You don't see weird people in the street. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt truly welcomed. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything spotless and well-maintained. We also felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay. Additionally, the location was very convenient, making transportation easy, and it was close to many must-see attractions. Every moment here made us feel at home. If we ever return to Rome, we will undoubtedly choose this place again. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this experience so special!

This little hotel was amazing! We had such a great stay here, everything worked perfectly, the rooms were clean and the receptionist was fantastic! They have a free coffee machine and free crossiants you can have anytime. The location was great, you can get a bus to anywhere but collesium was only a 15 min walk. Lovely restaurant just down the road to the right with the best prices we saw anywhere. Proper ice-cream is 1 store to the right and train station is an 8 min stroll. Just so you know Rome is best after 6pm!! It was so lovely outside in the hot evenings.

The property could not be better for the price you pay. excellent location walkable distance to all key parts of rome and a short bus journey to vatican city. staff were so friendly and very helpful. facilities were great with no complaints and working heating ( we went in winter) and aircon for anyone going in summer. White bedsheets as well which is always a plus, very clean room. Only fault is the shower in the bathroom has poor water pressure but for price and location cannot complain.

The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Although we hadn't booked breakfast and we didn't indulge, tea, coffee and pastries were offered and available all day. The hotel is well situated for sightseeing and for transport. The room, whilst basic, was clean and comfortable and met the needs of 3 tired tourists as we were out early and back late every day. Shutters and curtains cut out busy road noise and we all slept really well.
